In relation to the global economic crisis, emphasized once again the responsibility of the economies of developed countries and the economic policies followed and promoted by their Governments in the source and depth of this crisis. They recalled that solutions must be the product of a broad and participatory discussion and that the attempt to impose solutions taken into the bosom of exclusionary groups such as the G-20, the rest of the international community is unacceptable.
